Privacy Policy

1. Summary

In this policy, “Bubble Shooter,” “the app,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Bubble Shooter Android application with package name coders.bubbleshooter.app.

2. Information handled by the app

Information stored locally

The app stores the following information locally on your device so the game can work:

• Your player name.
• Game progress, level results, scores, stars, missions, achievements, virtual currency, lives, boosters, unlocked characters, and cannon selections.
• Settings such as music, sound, vibration, graphics quality, and onboarding status.
• Daily reward, spin, and advertising-frequency counters.
• Whether the remove-ads purchase has been restored or applied.

Optional profile image

If you choose a profile image, Android’s system document picker lets you select an image. The app stores a local reference to that image and reads it only to display your player card or include it when you explicitly share a score. The app does not upload the selected image to a developer-operated server.

Score sharing

Sharing is optional and begins only when you choose a share action. The app sends your selected score text and, if you choose, your profile image to Android’s system share sheet. The destination app or person you select then handles that content under its own terms and privacy policy.

Diagnostics

The app may create ordinary technical logs on your device for troubleshooting. The current version does not send developer analytics events to a remote analytics service.

3. Advertising and consent

Unless you have purchased the remove-ads option, Bubble Shooter uses Google AdMob to show banner advertisements and occasional interstitial advertisements at natural breaks between completed levels. Ads are not shown when an ad is unavailable, and the app does not display an empty advertising placeholder.

Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device and app identifiers (including the Android advertising ID when available), IP address, general device information, ad interactions, consent choices, and diagnostic information. This may be used to provide, measure, prevent fraud in, and—where permitted by your choices and applicable law—personalize advertising.

The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and store advertising privacy choices where required. When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, it is available from the app’s Settings screen so you can review or change your choices.

4. Purchases

Bubble Shooter offers an optional one-time remove-ads purchase through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes the payment and associated purchase information. The app receives the purchase status and a purchase token so it can acknowledge the transaction, unlock the feature, and restore an eligible purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details.

Google’s handling of purchase information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

5. When information is shared

Information may be shared only in these circumstances:

• Google advertising services: to request, deliver, measure, and protect advertisements, subject to consent and applicable law.
• Google Play: to process and restore purchases.
• Apps or people you select: when you deliberately use Android’s share sheet.
• Legal and safety reasons: if disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, security, or prevent fraud.

We do not sell your locally stored game profile or profile image.

6. Retention and deletion

Local game information remains on your device until it is overwritten, you clear the app’s storage, or you uninstall the app. You can remove the optional profile image reference by replacing it or clearing the app’s storage. Because the current version has no developer-operated account or cloud-save server, there is no remote game account for us to delete.

Google retains information processed through AdMob and Google Play according to its own retention policies and your account or privacy settings.

7. Your privacy choices

• Review available advertising privacy choices from the app’s Settings screen.
• Reset or limit the advertising ID through your Android device’s privacy settings, where available.
• Purchase the one-time remove-ads option and restore it from Settings.
• Decline to select a profile image or share a score.
• Delete locally stored information by clearing Bubble Shooter’s app storage or uninstalling the app.

Privacy rights vary by location. You may contact us to ask a privacy question or exercise a right that applies to you. We may need enough information to understand and respond to your request, but the current app does not maintain a remote player account that can be matched to your device profile.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the app. However, no device, network transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Keep your device and Google Play account protected and up to date.

9. Children’s privacy

Bubble Shooter does not knowingly ask children to provide personal contact information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a communication with us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of sharing, advertising, and purchase features.

10. International processing

Google and its service providers may process advertising and purchase information in countries other than your own. Their privacy documentation describes the safeguards and legal bases they use for international processing.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the app or store listing when appropriate.
